Return & Exchange Policy - Resho
At Resho, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we bring multiple niche stores together on one platform, returns and exchanges are managed carefully to ensure fairness for both customers and sellers.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The product received is different from the description
- The item has manufacturing defects
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect:
- Innerwear, personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene products
- Customized or made to order items
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will be rejected
4. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as Resho wallet depending on user preference
- Shipping fees are non refundable, unless the issue was caused by Resho or the seller
6. Seller Responsibility
Since Resho is a marketplace:
- Each seller is responsible for product quality and accuracy
- Resho facilitates the return process but does not guarantee refunds for issues caused by misuse or false claims
