Resho operates as a marketplace facilitator, not a seller. Products listed on Resho are offered and sold by third party vendors. Resho does not own, manufacture, or directly sell the products unless explicitly stated.

Any activity conducted through your account will be considered authorized by you. Resho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion without prior notice if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
All personal data shared with Resho is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that your information may be shared with sellers and logistics partners strictly for order fulfillment purposes.
Resho acts solely as a technology and logistics facilitator. The contract of sale is strictly between the buyer and the seller Resho does not own, manufacture, or directly sell products unless explicitly stated.. Resho is not responsible for pricing decisions or seller conduct.
Product details, pricing, stock availability, and descriptions are provided by sellers. Resho does not guarantee that all product information is error free. Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasonable causes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before placing an order. Prices, availability, and product information may change without prior notice.
Payment processing is handled through authorized third-party payment gateways. Resho does not store sensitive payment information.
Resho offers a single delivery charge system for multi-vendor orders. Some sellers may offer free delivery, which applies only if no other delivery charged products are added to the same order.
Return and refund eligibility depends on the seller's return policy. Resho facilitates communication but does not guarantee approval of returns or refunds. Refund timelines depend on payment method and seller confirmation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Resho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
